Ok guys here is my shot at blogging correctly. Short and sweet, short and and sweet, don't write a novel, short and sweet,not a novel! I have to consistantly remind myself of this as my fingers go tip, tap, tippity tap.
Ok now onto the sweat suit. The baby powder blue valore sweat suit was gift from me to my husband last Christmas. He spends a majority of his time in airports and airplanes, and fly away buses. That is if he is not on a Hollywood set making some director look great with all of his on-set editing talents and techniques. And of course his fabulously handsome personality.
The sweat suit was supposed to be a leisure suit, around the house, air plane. Something he could travel in and be comfortable while getting served his free cocktails and free direct TV on Frontier Airlines. http://www.frontierairlines.com/frontier/home.do
The traveling suit was and is much appreciated and praised for the warmth and comfort it provides. As a matter of fact, Mr. Handsome has yet to take it off.
The powder baby blue sweat suite I believe has remained on his body from the time he opened it last year to about 4 hours ago when he climbed back onto yet another air plane. The suit makes an appearance anywhere, any place, any type of weather situation. (except for on set of course) Maybe it's the baby blue that makes it look more like he crawled out of bed or the Playboy mansion? I've seen him wearing it in business meetings with our accountant while donning slippers on a rainy day. I've seen him wearing it while filming our horse flick in the middle of a corral wearing mud covered wellies. I see him wear it in many night clubs while I am reviewing bands. The 2o something hipsters and fashionistas kept taking a double takes as we walked by at our last show. They weren't looking at me. He says, "You validate the sweat suit in places like this honey." Was he wearing slippers that day?? Hmm, most likely! I've seen him wearing it in the rain to EVERY OTHER SECOND OF THE DAY HE IS NOT WORKING!!
If you know my husband and have had a chance to see him in his beloved baby powder blue sweat suit, please take a pic for the archives. Santa will be bringing him another this season. I am posting this blog this morning and searching my iphoto log...THERE IS NOT ONE PICTURE OF HIM IN HIS SWEAT SUIT!! So ode to the Adidas sweat suit and farewell. I'm looking forward to seeing him in a different colored suit this next year. Perhaps a Guido red valore suit this time. Good thing he's handsome, and doesn't need me to validate anything he's wearing except for his wedding ring! Love you babe!! You work hard and deserve to kick it in your cozies any time, and any where! xo
